My music production machine is fully 64bit, drum tracker is to glitchy on this system, so I use drum tracker on an ancient xp lappy which is now dead.
So I decided to look into the depths of cubase (6) hitpionts and converting these to midi notes.
Yep, this is awesome!!! Took a little bit to get used to the work flow, I found it way faster. Doing all this in the same project is great!!!
Drum tracker is great software and completely changed the game for me, but was slow to load files and convert to midi etc. Using Cubase hitpoints is almost instant!
I will still use Superior & my sdx/ezx’s, but drum tracker will remain a virtual paper weight.. If the update is 64bit compatible and faster to load/import files I may consider (I got to know drum tracker inside out….).
