No graphical circle of fifths coming up.

It may be my error – I downloaded and authorized late last night my copy of EZ Keys Electric Classics.
When I click on a chord name I get a “pull down menu” showing other choices but I have yet to see the graphical circle of fifths option. I have not downloaded any updates and have not had much time to look into it (at work at present) but would appreciate any pointers.

Can you please post a screen shot? If you go to the Menu and ‘Check for updates’, are you prompted to update? If so, please do that first.

It sounds to me as though the ‘pull down menu” to which you are referring is the Key Signature selection for your track overall.

The Circle of Fifths option used for changing and/or modifying chords is accessed by clicking on an existing chord in the track.

Thanks for replying. At work at present so cannot add screenshot. But I am clicking on the right spot for the circle of fifths but it is not coming up – a menu to the right shows up with chord names.. I believe there are updates but have not had time to download and do so – will do that later and get back to you. I’m on Windows 8 PC by the way.
