I bought sd2.0 from musicians friend as a download. I recieved serial number for it and have activated it. I did not recieve a serial number for ezplayer pro which is included and cannot activate it. Where do I get the serial number from?
I purchased SD2.0 Crossgrade from Guitar Center and the only license number I received was for SD2.0.
I am now, not able to authorize EZplayer Pro.
Where can I get the serial number to activate EZplayer Pro?
Did you purchase the boxed version of S2 or the VSSD box? The VSSD is the black box that has all of Toontrack products included. If you didn’t receive a VSSD box, then you should have an EZplayer serial number in the case along with the S2 serial number (check the sleeves). According to our records your S2 serial number is not a VSSD so you should have an EZD serial number on your sleeves somewhere.
Hey Scott, sorry to say I too just received SD2 (in the VSSD box) with no EZPlayer Pro serial. I contacted the reseller and they had no clue what I was talking about. Can a brother get hooked up? PM me if you need any information.. Thanks! 🙂
Im not sure I understand, I purchased EZ Drummer from Guitar Center 5 days ago and loaded just fine, went thru online registration fine, question is i dont understand when I go to launch eZ player from my menu I have to install a serial number, I cant find one, What is my next step. Do i have rights to this product?
I just purchased a VSSD box (I bought Superior Drummer 2.0 and The Metal Foundry) from Amazon and received it today. I have just installed, registered and authorised SD 2.0 but I have yet to receive any serial number for EZ Player Pro as well.
I checked my account on Toontrack and my email but did not receive anything.
