hi, after many install / uninstall, i really dont understand….
i’ve got no EZplayer instrument in my vst intrument when i try to insert it as a vst instrument (but i can see S 2.0).
i’ve checked my vst folder in programX86/Steinberg/vstplugins and …the DLL is right there…
Moreover, i’ve the same problem with toontrack solo, telling me it can’t find EZplayer Pro.
Any clue ???
cubase 5 / Windows 7 64
up ! Noby with the same trouble ?… i’ve read the post about net.framework but this is already included with W7.
so…no idea ?..
Did you download the latest version? No issues here with compareable setup.
Also there is no 64 bits EZP version yet.
Make sure that the path is added to the Vst 2 pluginpath.

Harry has likely hit the nail on the head with the 64 bit EZP statement. If you are running a 64 bit host app, you’ll have to wait until EZP x64 is released for public consumption.

ty Maes you gave me the solutoion. the Ezplayer.DLL was in my program/steingberg/vst. I’ve cuted and pasted it in the program files/common/steinberg/vst2 and miracle : Ezplayer is now listed in my vst instruments.
Thanks !
Cool that it’s working.
BTW, note that you now must copy any newer version of the EZPlayer DLL manually to the common/steinberg/vst2 folder. Be carefull with multiple versions of the EZPlayer dll on your system.

Right ! anyway, maybe it could be useful to put a note in the EZplayer documentation to specify the right vst directory.
i’ve tried many things and i knew it was something of this kind, because the EZplayer was working with toontrack solo.
thanks again !
