“The serial number is already registered to another account” it says when I try to open and authorize my EZdrummer in Logic Pro. According to ‘My account’ it says that my EZd is already authorized. I´ve also submitted my new computer. Why can´t I get access to it?
Are you using the correct account email in the authorization dialog (in EZdrummer in Logic)? When you log in there, does it say that you have any serials for EZdrummer on the account? If your serial is shown there, did you click “Use” or did you enter the serial manually?

I´m using the same email as in my Toontrack login. I copied the serial number under “authorizations” and then pasted it manually. That “use” button I can´t see anywhere.
Okay, strange. My second and third questions were bad and don’t apply to EZdrummer 1.
Try authorizing using the Product Manager application?
