Don’t know the terminology well enough to put it in the topic. Just downloaded EZDrummer and Vintage Rock. The grooves I insert don’t show up as a midi item (Reaper DAW). I.e.,the track appears empty, even though I can hear the drums. Hitting record button in Reaper creates a midi item, but it appears empty. So I can’t make alterations to the groove, adding individual hits or customizing fills. The groove is still audible either way, but not visible. Help?
So when you drag and drop the Grooves or Beats or Patterns from the EZD2 Screen they are not showing up in Reaper ?
Hello Phantom25,
It’s not visable as midi ’cause it’s only in the EZD2 plugin. You need to drag it from there into a track in your DAW. Be sure to mute the one in EZD2 after you do that ’cause they’ll both play at the same time – if it’s in the EZD2 song editor, very annoying.
Sounds like you need to spend some time watching youtube tutorials. Just search youtube for “ezdrummer 2 tutorial”, there’s many good ones. Takes some time, but worth the effort.
Have fun.

Never mind, figured it out. I wasn’t dragging the grooves I’d placed in the bar into the track. The fact that I could hear them anyway is what threw me off.
