Hello, I am a new user, I just purchased this over the weekend, I work for Black Lion Audio as my day gig, so I understand trouble shooting. so I am having a difficult time with my ezdrummer, I am using PT8 on an iMac ppc with an mbox and a keystation 49e hooked up via USB. My modded 003R is at my studio:)
So anyways, I opened up a stereo instrument track and inserted ezdrummer. All that I am getting is the snare via 2 keys (registers on the track as well), when I push the other keys, the drums/cymbals all show that they are being hit, but I am not hearing/seeing any on the channel. For my troubleshoot, I inserted boom instead on the track and with the keystation I was able to trigger/register drums on all various keys, even trigger the drum loops. I could use some help.
FYI I did purchase the downloadable version at my local guitarded center and I am worried that I downloaded the program wrong, I did try a reinstall this morning.
