    Petter and team may have to weigh in on this. Something in your path may be triggering that warning over a shared volume. My guess is the ToonTrack name as it is also used in the downloads folder.

    My guess is similar to Jord’s but it would be that the main folder: Ezdrummer3_core_library

    and the actual sample libraries are separated by one called “Contents”. But that’s only my guess. I would suggest putting a ticket in with Toontrack.

    FWIW I do exactly what you’re describing all the time, creating new OS partitions and pointing to existing, external drives where samples reside. So as Jord said, it’s possible just the naming has EZDrummer confused.

    unfortunately I am on the road this month and unable to test this theory out.
