New Purchase: Blues MIDI Pack

The product manager says it’s ready to use, but it doesn’t appear in the Stand Alone or in the plug-in version, what gives? I have 10 other midi packs and they are fine.

have you tried re-downloading and re-installing in the Product Manager? What does the installation info say?

Yes, twice, and I restarted the computer and it says “ready to use” but is not found anywhere.

It says can’t read config file. Really annoying BTW.
