I purchased the new Progressive Metal MIDI pack 6 hours ago and its not showing up in my Product Manager?? I purchased via PayPal and can supply the receipt of purchase if required. I also never received a confirmation email from Toontrack regarding the purchase?
Whenever I try and contact Toontrack support, I also receive an error message on submission saying something like “timeout/duplicate”

Hi John,
Thanks for that – the link wants me to purchase it again though. I’ve checked my internet banking and can confirm the funds went through this morning. It’s still not showing up on my Product Manager.
OK, it is still “Pending Payment” in the system but I forwarded the Order number to the webshop guys.
