Permission denied is the reoccurring message I keep getting after hitting the download button in the Product Manager, pretty frustrating..
Hi,
please check the location of the ‘Downloads’ folder (in the Product Manager Preferences) and that you have both Read and Write permissions to that folder in the Explorer. Alternatively change the Download location first to download where you do not get Permission denied and then use the Preferences to Move your downloads to another location.

Thanks John for the quick reply! Unfortunately it keeps wanting to load into my SSD c drive which is very small (250 gigs I think) and I get low storage warnings very quickly..
I will try some other workarounds and ask my new PC tech what he thinks as well and maybe there is something he forgot to tell me 😉
