Superior Drummer 2 will most likely need to be run in Rosetta.

Appreciate the response, Jordan.   I’ve done this.  Right-clicked on the application, checked the box to open in Rosetta.  I opened it and it came up fine, but as soon as I open any session, the program crashes.    Switch back, and same session opens fine but the Superior 2.0 is inactive and not an open when I try to add the plug in again.

I’ve tried to send two requests to support, but each time I get a 401 error saying it’s not authorized.

I know my license is good and it shows authorized in the product manager.

    Thanks!

    Actually,

I think I might’ve found the issue.   My subscription started with EZ Drummer “regular.”  I then upgraded to Superior 2.0 so my download is an crossgrade.

My EZ Drummer won’t install.  It says the installation failed because there is no software to install after many times downloading it.

So, I think my issue is EZ Drummer isn’t installed, but I can’t figure out how to install it because when I do, every time it says it failed because there is no software to install.

EZdrummer 1 and Superior Drummer 2 have been discontinued for some time now and are no longer being updated.
They are not fully compatible with macOS Sequoia and may not install or function properly.

In this case, we recommend either downgrading your macOS to an earlier version or upgrading your software to EZdrummer 3 or Superior Drummer 3.
