please help, i upgraded my computer to a solid state drive and cannot get ezdrummer to activate, it says my computer id is not a valid id…it worked fine on my old hard drive…frustrated
Hi,
changing a hard drive should normally not trigger the Auth scheme but I guess switching to SSD somehow made Windows re-shuffle the Hardware Configuration list, thus changing the Computer ID.
Just go through the Auth process again, please.

THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE,IM STILL HAVING TROUBLE,EZDRUMMER IS LOADED HOWEVER WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT IN CUBASE THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SAYS THIS COMPUTER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO RUN EZDRUMMER,THE SCREEN GIVES A COMPUTER ID AND SAYS TO WRITE IT DOWN AND ENTER THE CODE FROM BACK OF EZ DVD,SO I ENTER THE CODE AND IT SAYS IT FAILED, ALSO THE POP UP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE THE COMPUTER ID…ANY IDEA WHY?
Please watch these videos to fully understand the Authorization process and get you up and running ASAP:
