I’m getting “MIDI Database error, Installation files are missing or unreadable” on the Browse tab.
Need to uninstall the corrupted files and reinstall.
Any ideas.
Hi,
did you try to go to Menu > Advanced > Restore Factory MIDI Database first?
If that doesn’t help, please use the Product Manager to download and re-install.

John

Hi John,
I’m also getting this same error when going into the search menu. I have tried to download and re-install Ez Drummer 2 but it didn’t fix the issue. I also when into the Menu- Advanced-Restore Factory MIDI Database but that particular selection was greyed out and I couldn’t select it.
Please help.
Thank you,
