I just upgraded pc with another mobo and processor. When I opened Cubase and activated a project I noticed EZD was not playing. I opened EZD and it said it needed an authorization code. I went to the Tonntrack site and copied my authorization code and pasted it and was told that code was invalid. I went back to the Toontrack site tried to get another activation. At this point I was told I didn’t have any more activations and my previous ones were inactive. I submitted the online form to Obedia. My last expereince with them was a waste of time. I’m still waiting for a solution from them, at least a month ago. Can I get some help with this?

I also have this same issue. I’ve had a number of PC issues that last several months and now have run out. My expansions all have 1 left but EZDrummer is filled up.
Is it possible to resolve it through here?

I cleared all my authorization on my account, yet I can’t authorize my software.
Please clear my auths ASAP. This is a terrible license model. Your support team can’t be a SPOF when it comes to on-demand recording software.

Cleared. It is recommended you request clearing authorizations when you reach 3 out of 4 so you will avoid downtime.

You need to remove 1 of 2 active authorizations if you want to authorize a new computer. You can only have 2 systems authorized at one time.
