Need help with trying to get EZD2 sounds in to S2

They sound different when I’m setting up an S2 kit and I don’t know why. Is there a comparison chart or a video I could watch? I’m new to S2 obviously. I just got S2 there are so many details. I saved EZD2 kits. It seems some preset names are different between the two and I’m kind of lost. This seems like a simple thing but I just don’t get it.

Hi,

Preset names shouldn’t be different between EZdrummer 2 and Superior 2.
Are you first selecting the EZX and then loading the Preset via the Combined Presets Menu?

Hey John,
Thanks for the reply. I opened the Toontrack Solo with S2 Rock Solid Tight Rock loaded and the EZDrummer 2 stand alone with Rock Solid Tight Rock loaded to see and hear they were the same. I must have had something else selected last time. I did notice that EZDrummer 2 had a drop down menu that read EZD1 Presets. I guess I was expecting to see a drop down in the Superior 2 menu that read EZD2 Presets. But after close comparison I see presets are the same between the two.
know I see S3 is released. Well done on them all!!
Will EZD2 created projects open in S2? If not I can write down settings and save new in S2.
