Need help reinstalling EZdrummer 3

Hello, after reinstalling MacOS on a Mac M1, reinstalling Toontrack is not working (no libraries found). I have downloaded the EZdrummer software and Toontrack product manager. First time install was no problem, now second time reinstalling totally stuck. Looks like the sound library is not installed/available. Pls need help.

EZdrummer 3 latest version 3,0,6 ?

Yes, downloaded. But looks like the problem is ref. Authorization and filling in ….Computer ID. I am writing in the MAC adresse …

bc:d0:74:03:…etc

Toontrack does not except….

Why are you using your MAC address? If you’re referring to your the name of your computer that the products are being authorized to, why not use a simple name without special chars for that computer?

Thanks for replaying. Finally solved the problem, I was trying to download from webside which was not a good idea. Toontrack sent me a link how to use the Product Manager.
