Need help: Config File Error

I tried updater of TT238_EZkeys_Classic_Electrics_UP for my Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid-2015) with OSX 10.12.6.
But after type password, the message is showing: “Config File Error” – Could not read installer config file.
I’d appreciate any help.

What version of EZKeys do you have installed? Is it 1.2.4? (This will be indicated at the bottom right of the plug-in or the standalone version)
If not, please try updating it first, then try the Classic Electric Pianos update.

Do you have the the electric piano basic product installed? If not install that before the update.

what Brad is asking is if you have run ‘TT238_EZkeys_Classic_Electrics_MAC_102.dmg’ before running the ‘TT238_EZkeys_Classic_Electrics_UP_MAC_102.dmg’?
If not, please do so.
If you have, please run it again, then try the ”TT238_EZkeys_Classic_Electrics_UP_MAC_102.dmg’ updater again.
