    Hi,

which version number is reported in EZDrummer 2? Is the nanoPAD working correctly otherwise? Did you only select the MIDI Device or put a check mark in the box?

Not sure which version number it is but I just downloaded it a few days ago. In the Midi device section I selected and ticked the box for the Nanopad. The Nanopad is version 1 and at least 3-4 years old. I have never generally so far tested whether it works properly away from from EZDrummer. I upgraded to the latest software version and ran a check in the Audio Midi settings on my Mac and it seems that it does not transmit any Midi signal. Looks like this is the problem!

    Thanks
    Nils

    Hi,

    EZdrummer plug-in version 2.0.2 (build 9590) [64-bit VST]
Standalone host version 2.0.2 (build 9590)

    SOUND LIBRARIES
    EZdrummer 2 Modern version 1.0.2
    EZdrummer 2 Vintage version 1.0.2

    MIDI LIBRARIES
    EZdrummer 2 Modern/Vintage version 1.0.0
    EZdrummer 2 Percussion version 1.0.0

I see nanoPAD PAD and have it checked in MIDI devices. Nothing is triggering, though. This is standalone.

    What is Solo?

    Hi,

    which OS are you using?
Have you confirmed that the nanoPAD is indeed working in general in your setup?
‘Solo’ is referring to ‘Toontrack solo’, Toontrack’s own host software for using EZdrummer 1 and Superior 2 in standalone. EZdrummer 2 has its own standalone app, so Toontrack solo is not necessary.

    John,

    Thanks for replying.

    “Which OS are you using?”
    OS X Mavericks, 10.10.2

Not definitively. The red LED lights on it come up, and it does show up on the MIDI devices and in the Korg Kontrol Editor software as a device, but EZ Drummer 2 is the only thing I have to play it against musically. I do suspect it’s broken, so I ordered a nanoPAD 2. It has four more pads anyway.

    OK,

you should be able to test it for MIDI in, in the Audio / MIDI setup though.

    How do you do that?
