Hey folks,
My Superior Drummer 3 SSD died during the first session setup… how do I return it. I know you usually just sell software but now that you offer a bit of hardware you need to have a way to register issues. This looks like an infant mortality failure. Neither Mac nor Windows machines can read the drive. I worked for about an hour while I was getting Superior drummer setup… then nothing. In fact, on my Mac and Windows machines it resets the USB ports which is usually an over current situation. The ports work (I’m currently downloading the Gigabytes of data to another SSD I have).
So how do I return this drive?
Not a happy customer,
