My serial number doesn't work

When I enter the serial number into the product manager, the product manager says this: That product number for ezmix2 is already registered to your account. I cant download and install the ezmixer2?

I see that EZmix2 is already registered to your account already. The next step should be download it. Then install. Then authorize.
