    Where did you buy your product? Did you buy it second hand? Do you have 2 accounts and have that serial number registered to it already?

    I had a similar situation happen to me. I have a few expansion packs for the old version of EZDrummer that no longer show up on my account products. Also my EZX and EZKeys no longer show up on my account either. What is that BS all about?

    The only product registered to your account is EZdrummer Lite. No EZXs work with EZD Lite. What EZXs did you have? What EZkeys library did you have?
