Hey there!
I just switched from my macbook to a max mini. I copied my old presets (e.g. for MetalMachine) and put them into the presets folder (on mac: within the EZDrummer interface, click on the dropdown –> user presets –> manage in finder and copy/paste my presets to this location).
Now those Metal Machine presets always open the standard EZDrummer 2 Modern Library, not matter what I do. They´ve been made with Metal Machine, but eben if I´m having metal machine open, the moment I click on the user presets, it switches to the EZDrummer 2 Modern Library.
What went wrong here?

Hi there,
Could you startup EZDrummer 3, go into the Drums and Mixer Presets menu > User Presets > Manage in Finder.
Right/Click on one of the presets giving you grief and Open With > TextEditor.
What’s on the 3rd line of the file?
Additionally can you take one of the presets causing trouble, archive/zip it and post it here so I can try and replicate the issue on one of my systems.

@Brad: He’s on EZdrummer 2 (but good suggestions)
@ jami: Brad’s suggestions are good, try this and it would be great to have a look at the preset file(s), if you would zip and attach to a post here. If you Cmd+I on one of the presets, is it still a ‘Document’ without any file extension? Is your install on the new Mac the same in terms of expansions, etc.?
Apart from that, I can run EZdrummer 2 on Ventura here, recalling User Presets.

John
