My Own Grooves Multitracked?

I’d like to create a Latin Percussion groove in the Latin kit forming my own groove using multiple instruments stacked (afuche, guiro, tambourine, etc).  I know I could do this using multiple instances of EZ Drummer 3 but I’d like to be economical on the memory so is there a way I could make my own multi instrument groove using just a single instance of EZ Drummer 3?
