My new midi packs arent in my account?

    Did you get an order confirmation email? If so, it should have contained serial numbers for your products that you can register to your Toontrack account via Product Manager.

    Yes I got TWO order confirmation emails! On those there are the order numbers but not the serial numbers. Ive tried uisng these order numbers as serial numbers but that doesnt work!

    I’ve resent an invoice to your email. Can you check if it included the serial numbers?
