My EZX’s doesnt show up in EZdrummer

Hi!

I have a problem with EZX’s not showing up in EZdrummer (I have the full version of EZdrummer).

I can’t see EZX Cocktail or EZX Latin Percussion (the last one I bought today and registrered on “My Products”). I can only see Pop/Rock, see embedded picture.

I’d like help to resolve these installing problems!

AN UPDATE:

I’ve looked at what programs I have installed on my computer and the EZX’s are not there, even though I have installed them. Shouldn’t the Windows Registery also register these products as installed on the computer?

EZdrummer list the “EZX grooves” but doesnt recognize the “EZX drums”. I’ve installed and uninstalled the EZX’s and EZdrummer multiples times and all the updates, but to no avail…

Don’t know what else to do!?

Which OS are you using?
Which version number is displayed in the plugin interface?
Which host are you using?
If you load EZdrummer in Toontrack solo, is your EZX:s available?
Are the EZX:s updated?

I got help from Toontrack Music and all is working great now.
