My EZDrummer patterns disappear when I save a project in Logic ProX.

When I’m working on a song and go to save it, all my programmed drum patterns go away and I’m left with an empty ezdrummer window.

When I close it out again without saving and re-open the song, the patterns are back but it’s caused me a few scares and don’t think that’s what it’s supposed to do.  Any help is appreciated.

So in Logic, you have MIDI song blocks on the song track of EZdrummer 2, and save a logic project. When you open the Logic project the next time, the MIDI song blocks from the song track of EZdrummer 2 is gone?

 

Side notes – for you information:

• When you save a user preset in EZdrummer 2, it will only save the sounds (the drums and the mixer).
  • If you want to save everything (drums, mixer, and song track) in EZdrummer 2, you should save a project (from the Main menu).
