My Ezdrummer 2: metal edition has reverted back from 64bit to 32bit and has removed my metal sounds library. It has also removed Ezdrummer 2 from my Fl Studio plugin database making it impossible to use anymore. I have tried redownloading it but it will not go past the install wizard nor does it show up in my downloads folder. The product still shows up in Product manager, but I cannot install it. Not the 32bit version or the 64bit version, I need the 64bit.
My Ezmix 2: with Metal Guitar Gods 1has simply reverted back from 64bit to 32bit, but I am still able to use it in a limited capacity.
Is there a way for me to fix it?
Can I get Ezdrummer 2/Ezmix 2 with Metal Guitar Gods 1 replaced without having to buy it again?
Hi,
are you running FL Studio 32bit?
How do you determine which plugin version is running in FL Studio? Or are you referring to standalone versions? There are separate 32bit and 64bit standalone applications and they do not “revert”, you run one or the other.
Is FL Studio scanning plugins both in the 32bit and 64bit path? If so, why?
What is happening when you re-download and run the installer for the 2.1.8 64bit update? Can you run the 2.1.8 update for the 32bit?
Have you Custom installed your Toontrack software or did you Default install everything?
Did you try uninstalling e.g. EZmix 2 then reinstall? If you do, do you need both 32bit and 64bit installed?

John
