‘My Account>My Products’ not in Sync with ‘Product Manager’

    Mine’s the same. As long as the products work, you’re OK.

    In ‘My Accounts>My Products’ I have (2) products ‘Not Authorized’, (3) ‘Not Installed’, and (1) ‘Not Up to Date’. In ‘Product Manager’ all products appear a ‘Authorized’, ‘Installed’, and ‘Up to Date’. Shouldn’t both these be in sync automatically or do I have to manually ‘fix’ ‘My Account>My Products’?

    I did have an issue of logging in earlier today where I was blocked as the ‘Captcha’ didn’t recognize a ‘human’ logging in (although no Captcha was displayed at the log in screen). I ended up doing a recover password to be able to login as other log in attempts didn’t work with what I believe were correct password. This issue is what prompted me to look at my account info and notice the not in sync info.

    Hi Mark,

    Are referring to Product Manager web, on the toontrack site, or Product Manager application installed on your PC. If it’s Product Manager on the Toontrack website, that’s normal.

    As Mick said, if it’s working you’re good.
