Hi all!
I’m having the SD3 Tracker transcribing a Stereo drum recording right now.
I’m wondering if it is possible to have multiple recognition channels at once in order to hear the resulting MIDI of all instruments, recombine MIDI inside SD3 and then to use that as a groove in the Song Track inside of SD3.
What’s happening at the moment is, that I can export or play only one set piece at the time, and the MIDI sounds much nicer inside the SD3 Song Track than when dragged into Cubase.
For example a hi-hat that is flawlessly extracted sounds pretty terrible inside Cubase, even with the correct Drum Map applied.
Does my question make sense?
All the best,
Benji
You can duplicate the tracks in the tracker and have each track recognize different kit pieces from the same stereo file. You can then export the combined MIDI from the all of the tracks into SD3.
