Move alla files to an external hardrive in Logic

Is there a way to decide which harddrive destination in PM?

If not, what´s the procedure to move them?

Do you mean download location or install location?

In the Tools->Options menu in PM you can set a Download location.

For installs, Superior Drummer and SDXs can be installed wherever you want when you install.

You can move sound libraries after install. See this FAQ:
