Hi Guys,
Tonight I’m looking around for a Motown based MIDI library, and having a bit of difficulty finding one. I’ve found some audio libraries, but would rather have the ability to manipulate the data, with the freedom that comes within the MIDI domain.
I thought it would be a great addition to your present libraries, as this genre (IMO) is never going away, given its influence. As well, I think it would be a great expansion pack for either the EZdrummer series, or Superior.
I’ll be curious to get your responses.
Thanks,
Pen

The Roots library is very good for Motown, the LCR Decca Tree Mics and that room at BlackBird ? is just the right size.
Most the great players around the time were guys who played jazz but also had the ability to RnR too.

Re MIDI
Yes a focused Midi for Motown with all the famous fillz too would be great,i am sure one of the EZx midi has some 4 on the snare motown.
There’s a ton of motown in the EZDrummer Pop/Rock base library under 4/4 straight and 4/4 shuffle. Something like 1200 grooves.
