I have a chronic problem with computers, now it’s the authorization code… I have to enter it every time I start the program, and every time I open a file! It gets accepted and then rejected again!
I installed the same version that I have on another computer… That’s the problem. I bought and downloaded a new version, but I somehow chose the wrong un-zipping-program and it totally failed, and I couldn’t choose a different un-zipping-program!

if you install properly from downloaded Full Product installers and updaters and do no manual copying or moving of files, operation and authorization should work properly as well.
Right-clicking and selecting ‘EXtract all..’ the ZIP should expand the archive correctly.
