Hey Guys,

As you know many of us LOVE Toontrack’s tools and they are amazing without a doubt!

I have a request and I’m sure many would agree we are lacking some great drum grooves, styles and riffs from the 21st century here! I just read about the Kenny Aronoff release and will prolly get that midi pack but then I was thinking you know that would have been cool to get something like that back in the mid-eighties to mid nighties when that style was hot….

Sooo Toontracks whattaya say about contacting those guys down in Tennessee and hooking us up? There is a big market out there for modern worship and us home producers gotta sweat out a lot of these grooves by SCRATCH all over again…

SDX in the style of Bethel, Jesus Culture, Hillsong, Elevation, …….
I would instantly buy a modern praise and worship SDX !!!!!!

Please Toontrack – If you can create a “death and darkness” SDX then you can also give us a “life and light” SDX !

I fully agree, Modern Worship MIDI and/or an SDX would be great! I am waiting years for this to come.
The Gospel products are really not what a modern Worship producer is looking for, it’s not the same.

Yes. Much overlooked and haven’t found any EZX midi sets that fill the need.

Also, I’d love to hear if anyone has found a toontrack drum midi that could be tweaked to meet modern praise and worship!

I haven’t spent much time with EZX. However, I can say that with SDX you can definitely tweak MIDI performances to fit modern praise and worship. However, in saying that, it would still be much faster & easier if Toontrack made a more tailored Modern Praise & Worship SDX (based on Hillsong, Bethel, Elevation, Maverick City etc etc) expansion pack for us ☺️

This genre is quite different to the traditional ‘Gospel’ genre.

Could you let us know if you are working on something for modern Worship?

Or if you’re not/not planning to in the near future, then at least we know so we can put it to bed.

Would still be amazing though if you are planning to do it 😜

Just to be 100% clear, the Gospel SDX is cool, but what we’re talking about here (modern Worship) is not the same as traditional Gospel music – much more simplistic yet powerful.
