The majority of your buyers are musicians with home studios, so how about a product that will address the biggest need most of us have who are recording and mixing in less than ideal environments? Very few of us have adequate monitors or a listening environment with proper acoustic treatment. If you can’t hear an accurate audio image of what you’re trying to mix, it’s a case of garbage in equaling garbage out.
There are audio software products out there which will allow a user to capture a snapshop of an audio signal being played in the listening environment and then adjust software performance to somewhat correct the shortcomings in that space. I’d buy a reasonably priced product that will do something like this which I could load as either a standalone or a plug in during mixdown and post production.
Thanks, btw, for making useful products and doing a good job of it. I find myself using EZMix as a channel insert a lot more frequently than I would have thought and I’ll be inclined to look at the rest of your product line more closely because of that.
