The terms and conditions say “Only Regular and Crossgrade versions of Superior Drummer 3 will grant a free New York Studios Vol.1 SDX.” and you bought the upgrade from SD2. However, you already have the NY Vol.1 SDX (Avatar), since it’s the core library in SD2 (and it works in SD3 too).
yeh. same here – thought it was an additional SDX for B.Friday. damn that small print huh. I have EZdrmr2 & SD2, so am guessing the NYC studios is same as the SD2 Avatar Core Library…..
hey Bugless — you should be able to see the NYC SDX in the Product Manager after you authorise/install the main SD3 app & sounds ? maybe close out of the Prod Mgr once SD3 & sounds are installed, and it’ll pop up. failing that, send a note to one of the techs here….
We’ve had a temporary glitch in the registration system and some customers did not receive the NY Studios Vol 1 SDX even if they were eligible. We’re compiling a list of registered titles (Regular & Crossgrade) that did not receive the free SDX and will start sending the licenses out soon.
