No products in the cart.
I recently bought the Rooms of Hansa SDX for the rototoms. They show up and work when I open the Marble Room, but they are unavailable as replacements, with the exception of the 10″. They simply don’t show up on the list. I’ve tried clearing all search filters, resetting the instrument database, and making sure all SD stuff is updated through the Product Manager. Nothing has worked.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Do I need to do a fresh install? If so, how does that work?

Hi,
I may be misunderstanding your workflow but when I load e.g. the Meistersaal and then ‘Alt/Option+R’, clear the current Instrument type and Search for ‘Rototom’ Instrument, I get all I have installed as returns (the picture shows exclamation marks for some, they’re on a disconnected drive).
I can choose to load and replace one of the current Instruments or Add as New Instrument. Do you mean that this does not work for you?

That was correct. The only rototom that would populate on the list was the 10″. The others were nowhere to be found.
I say “was” because I uninstalled and re-installed the RoH SDX Thursday night, as suggested by some in the Facebook group and Toontrack Customer Support, and now IT WORKS as it should.
Problem solved.
