Missing preset pack while using in Reaper

Hi, having problem with EzMix when opened in Reaper. It says “ALERT! The preset pack “EZMix 1″ requires EzMix 2.2.2 or higher”.

When using EzMix as standalone host version in Windows it shows version 2.2.4. When I launch it in Reaper it is 1.0.0 so for some reason the update does not show in Reaper. I tried to reinstall EZMix, update it, update my VST paths in Reaper but still the problem exists.

Hi,

I would perform a Search on your system drive for ‘ezmix.dll’ and delete all entries that show up.

Next, I would open the Product Manager and download and run the 2.2.4 installer again and make sure the VST version is checked (don’t skip past the ‘Customise’ button).

You may have to revisit the VST Search paths in Reaper again but whatever you do, do not copy/move the .dll file, point to the file location instead.

Sorry, I was referring to the Mac Installer with the ‘Customise’ button.

The VST plug-in Default location is shown on one of the pages, where you can change it, should you need to Custom install it.
