missing midi expansion packs?

hi,

if i’ve bought/downloaded midi expansion packs such as Hip-hop or  country pop should I expect that the midi files would be nested in the midi browser under the relevant hip-hop\country headings or will the files slot in under the other generic headings that were previously in place. I can’t remember which files were already there from previous/initial purchase!

There will be new MIDI Libraries added (in the leftmost column) for each new pack you buy/install.

no sign of additional midi libraries in the leftmost column other than original ezkeys midi.  have downloaded using the product manager and the web version.

When you ran the MIDI pack installer, was there an error? Did the installer run to completion? Have you tried running the installer again?

Did you restart EZkeys after the installation of the MIDI packs?

Could you post the contents of the install log files? It should be at the following location: /Users/Shared/Toontrack/Installerlog.log

Are you using Toontrack Product Manager? Try that. Are you installing on a Mac or PC? Are you trying to install the PC installer on a mac or vise versa?
