    Hi Devin,

is this song saved on the same system as you are trying to load it now?

Yes, it’s loaded on the same system but I recently updated to Studio One 6 pro from 5 pro. Oddly, I’m about 90% that I had already opened those songs since the update. If you have any suggestions It would be most appreciated.

I  am having the same error message now within Studio One Professional v6. This is my second time fixing an installation bug regarding EZDrummer 3. If I could ask for a refund I would. What really ticks me off is seeing no one had left a satisfactory answer here including the tech guys.

    Hi Scott,

Yeah, I eventually got it going but lost what I was building on multiple projects. Sadly, the tech support here is very hit-and-miss. Mostly miss. Wish you success in getting it going.

Is Studio One configured to look in the folder where EZD3 is installed?

    Yes.

In writing IT support, they mentioned that C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZdrummer 3 may not contain all the files.

Secondly, if reinstalling EZDrummer 3.06 and it still does not work go to:

C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZ Drummer 3″ and right-click to check the Properties  > Security tab. Please ensure that these folders have read and write access.

Strangely, I have already removed EZDrummer3 from my programs, but in downloading the most up to date Toontrack Manager app, it still tells me that EZDrummer is installed. This is where I keep spinning my wheels. Checking the above folders for permissions as well as continuing to try and reinstall EZDrummer 3.06 fails. So, in my opinion there is a flaw either in the Toontrack Manager or where an earlier version of EZDrummer got deleted which keeps me from installing EZDrummer 3.

    Hi all!

I have the same problem here. EZBass and EZDrummer3 have disappeared from the instrument list and I have no idea how to make them visible again. The only thing Toontrack still shows is the Audio Sender. Studio One on 6.6 and Toontrack applications also in latest version. Hopefully someone knows what to do.

    Hi corak,

do you still see them in the Studio One Plug-In Manager?
    Have you tried Reset Blocklist?

    Hi,

since you ask, I wonder if you actually have opened the Plug-In Manager or if you instead have checked the Instrument List in the Browse pane?

Go to View > Plug-In Manager. Here you can view all installed plug-ins on your system, filter type/manufacturer, etc, Show/Hide plug-ins, update the plug-ins list and more.
There is a button to ‘Reset Blocklist’ and a shortcut to the VST path settings in the Preferences.

So, if you know that your Toontrack plug-ins are installed on your system, you can check that their install path is picked up (VST3 shouldn’t be a problem) and that they are not Hidden. And of course Reset the Blocklist.

    Ah, OK.

You don’t have the ‘Instruments’ tab visible in your ‘Browser’. Right-click the small ‘Home’ icon in the top left corner and select ‘Customise’. Make sure the ‘Instruments’ entry is checked. You will not find the Instruments among the Effects.
