Miissing THE NEW YORK STUDIOS VOL.1 regular purchase and register as advertised

I bought the regular version of SD3 from sweetwater and it does not show the NY SDX for download.

I can’t even register a ticket, appears some Error code)

I even purchased and register on November 26th so please help

Hi Damian. Sorry for the trouble. You should indeed have received the Free NY Studios Vol 1 SDX with your purchase.

 

 

 

We’ve had a temporary glitch in the registration system and some customers did not receive the NY Studios Vol 1 SDX even if they were eligible. We’re compiling a list of registered titles that did not receive the free SDX and will start sending the licenses out soon.
