    Hi,

can you please try: go to SD3 Settings > Advanced and click ‘Restore MIDI Database’.

    Hi John,

Thanks for helping. I tried that and  no luck. What I notice that is different since I downloaded Decades last night is that when SD3 is opening now, it stops and shows this menu of activities that it is doing with bullet points and check marks, like a computer looks during start up, but it says something about “downloading midi” last on the list of about 4 things it is doing. I never saw that before when it opened. I rebooted my computer but it still does this. This happened once before with the Orcestral download but i don’t remember how i got the midi to load up eventually.

I tired again and now all of the folders for all of the midi packs have an orange folder and a question mark on them, none of them show the midi samples now. I wonder if its something with my computer. This is frustrating. I am clicking on ‘add data” and it looks like something is downloanding but not showing. same with “Show web shop midi”.
