    BEST ANSWER

    Select the block that has too low velocity (hardness of the hits), double click it to open Edit Play Style.

    In there, raise the Velocity to make the hits harder 🙂

    Note that you can select all instruments and increase the velocity, if it’s too low for all instruments, or just select one or a few instruments and change the velocity for those!

    This absolutely worked! I know about velocity, but completely overlooked it.  I’m absolutely impressed with this software. I was skeptical at first, because I’m “old school”, but this was definitely worth every penny. Thank you again for your help. Looking forward to using this.
