midi sustain pedal

I am using the EzKey software with Logic and native instruments MK2. When using the combination I often lose the ability to use the sustain pedal and have to close logic. Only happens when using EZKeys. Thoughts ?

Does the sustain work on other plugins when this happens to ezkeys? We need to know if this is caused by ezkeys or some other software…
