Midi sustain data doesn’t make it into DAW

Hello,

I’ve been trying to import my EZKeys song into my DAW (Cubase), but while the note data works, the sustain pedal (CC64) data doesn’t get transferred. Neither through drag and drop, now through other methods. What should I do?

Hi,

do you have some kind of MIDI Input filtering enabled?
Can you import other files with Sustain data? Can you record Sustain data in Cubase?
Which version number is displayed in the EZkeys plugin interface?

Turns out it was a setting on Cubase that was trying to treat imported CC data as track automation.
