Midi packs do not show if it is 32 bit or 64 bit

I purchased the basic jazz drum pack directly from ToonTrack, and can’t install because it is 32 bit. Looks like it’s impossible to contact anyone?? Why doesn’t the midi packs specifically say if it’s 32 bit that way I don’t just blow $30 on something I can’t use. Any way to get refund?

You need to use the Product Manager to install your MIDI packs.
