As the title says. All other purchases are showing up just fine, tried manually entering the serial code to register and get “Error 102” reply. Any ideas?
have you entered the letters of the serial number in upper case? even though the Input form accepts lower case letters and seems to make them upper case automatically, it doesn’t.
At least this solved my “invalid serial number Error:102” problem
