Midi notes keep getting deleted every time i open the session

Hello, I am running superior drummer 3 version 3.2.4. in pro tools 11 on windows 7.  I have a section of drums for a session that i keep working on but every time I open the session back up it does not save my work. I have tried this several times but the midi notes keep being deleted. Can anyone help.

What do you do to create or edit the notes? Also, are you sure the project gets saved – maybe Pro Tools does not detect that anything has changed?
