Midi Library Won’t Install

Hi,

I work on Mac OSx yosemite, mac mini 2018, I7.  I am the admin. I just, tryed to install the core midi pack, and I have an error message. I have tryed to create a folder in the library/application support/superior drummer, and set the path to it. Error message. I have tryed to set the path to library/application support/toontrack/superior drummer, error message.

I am truly sorry I spend almost two days trying to fix this issue, nobody help nor answer on the forum. I spend 350 on this, I tryed to install, reinstall, I bought an external SDD, installed the soft on the sdd, then on the mac, nothing work. I don’t have any grooves, so basically superior drummer is useless for me if the problem is not solved.

I don’t understand what is it that I have to do. Thanks for your help.

I’ve had the same problem for 2 weeks with no fix from toontrack!!! So many people have this problem,NO USE FOR THIS WITHOUT MIDI!!!

Your last screen shot on the other thread indicated that you did not install the update within the product manager. You only downloaded it

Hi Jord,

Yes I have tried downloading then installing from PM several times since the post you saw. After I try to install the red install light comes back on.

do I need more than 25 gig on my computer to run SD3? I only have that amount.

either that or the install link is corrupt! Soooooo

many of your customers are having the same issue!

25GB after you installed the core library? The full library is 263GB.

You may be leaving your computer in a resource starved situation. The MIDI update install works for me because I have used it twice already.

No,I have the 230gig of sounds on external hard drive. I only have 25gig on my macs hard drive after all is said and done.

do you think starting over,scrubbing my SD3 I have in my PM and replacing the download and install with a new one with a new serial number would help me?
