Midi libraries not loading and crashes cubase 9.5

I have been having an issue with superior drummer 3. When I open SD3 in a cubase project, SD3 opens,but the grooves section has to reinstall the libraries. It starts to reinstall then halfway through SD3 says it has to close because of an error loading. Then after that cubase shuts down.
I will then load cubase up again and open a blank project, load up SD3 and everything works as it should. If I then activate the project that had to close before and I load SD3 up again it will work. I will then save and close the project. Then I will open the project again and the issue will start again.
I don’t think this is a cubase issue because when I’m using Kontakt or perfect drums the project doesn’t crash.

Do you get a crash dump or crash report from Superior 3 when your project crashes? Are you on Mac or Windows?

Yes I get a crash dump report and I am on windows 10 64.

What version of cubase are you using as I haven’t seen this in 9 and 9.5

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors
